In some cases an 'In stock' message is showed for some products because there's always some delay between our warehouse stock and our online stock. In some very rare cases the product is showed as 'In stock' but not available in our warehouse. This can be because of a human error. Yeah sure, we're just humans and even we make mistakes sometimes ;-)
You're allowed to return all products until 14 days after delivery without giving us any reason. Returned products must be in original and undamaged package, all original accessories and user manuals must be included. Products with user damage are not accepted.
Credit note and return of the full amount (transport costs from us to you) will be completely refunded within a maximum of 3 weeks after return and checking. Credit is done in the same way as you paid your order (so Paypal paid > Paypal refunded, paid by bank transfer > refund by bank transfer).

Yes, sometimes we have second hand products. All these products are completely checked out before sold. Second hand products may contain user scratches.
All second hand products have 1 year of warranty (not for batteries).
You always receive an invoice at delivery of your order. Please provide all invoice details when ordering (TAX number included).
Yes you can, but please fill in your correct taxnumber and company name while registering your company details. Our registration system automaticaly checks your taxnumber and will change the total amount to tax free. In some rare the automatic checking of the tax numbers fails. Please do not place your order online than and contact us (or if you did than please choose 'Pay by bank transfer' and wait until you receive a Tax free order confirmation from us).
