BirdDog X5 Ultra Black
With the X5 Ultra, BirdDog presents an uncompromising further development of the successful X1 and X1 Ultra PTZ cameras. It is equipped with NDI-HX3 up to 4K60, 12G SDI connectivity, simultaneous NDI-HX2/3 decoding, Halo Tally light and two e-Ink displays. In addition, the X5 Ultra has advanced AI auto framing, tracking and control.
Thanks to the implementation of NDI-HX3, the X5 Ultra offers excellent network performance with outstanding picture quality up to 4K60. The integrated NDI-HX decoder has been specially developed for the Confidence Monitor, return feeds or the use of a teleprompter and bundles all these connection options in a single cable. In addition, this PTZ camera offers a 12G-SDI output, two HDMI outputs, SRT, RTMP and RTSP network formats in addition to NDI-HX3, as well as webcam connectivity via USB.
Thanks to the advanced motor drive system, the X5 Ultra can be easily controlled with ultra-fine and precise movements. BirdDog's signature Halo Tally system ensures that the performer and crew always know if the PTZ camera is on air. A large frame around the lens opening, which is clearly visible even in daylight, draws the actors' gaze directly into the camera. Two E-Ink displays make branding and maintenance child's play.
